This document provides technical guidance and specifications for data extract from psychological therapies services that forms the IAPT Key Performance Indicators. The Review of Central Returns Steering Committee – ROCR (reference number ROCR/OR/0231) has approved this data collection.

The IAPT KPIs provide the agreed mechanism for demonstrating regional and national progress against the public commitments that were made when the Secretary of State (SoS) for Health announced additional funds rising to £173million for improving access to psychological therapies in the Comprehensive Spending Review (CSR) 2007.
