The course will include training to help participants build confidence and develop skills employers want to see in their staff - good communication, problem solving, working as a team and many more. This is a great opportunity for local people to gain a qualification that is recognised by employers. A work placement is then arranged for trainees to practice the skills gained from the course. Following this, Energy2work continues to work with trainees to assist them in finding the job they want.
