An opportunity to learn from good practice and to use this to move forward in your local area
The aims of this event are to:
- Share examples of good practice from a national and regional perspective
- Highlight learning that can help you tackle common obstacles
- Celebrate success and reflect on why it’s so important to persevere in changing things
The Day will include:
- A national perspective with presentations from Kevin Lewis, Personalisation in Mental Health Programme Lead at the National Mental Health Development Unit, and Robin Murray-Neill, Mental Health and Personalisation Lead at the Putting People First Team, Department of Health
- Short, snappy presentations highlighting examples of good practice across the west country
- An opportunity to bring and share your own success stories
- An opportunity to network and meet other colleagues working locally in promoting personalisation within mental health
- Signposting to helpful resources
A full programme for the day will be sent out in advance.
Those invited:
- Local authority and mental health trust staff seeking to promote the personalisation agenda
- Mental health commissioners
- Service users and carers
- Voluntary and independent providers
Please feel free to disseminate this flier as widely as possible, however, places are limited and therefore priority will be given to the above invitees.
There is no charge for this event though, due to the city centre location, all day parking at the venue is £14.
