This workshop aims to increase awareness and understanding about the personalisation agenda and its relevance to, and place within mental health services. It will:- · present examples of how personalisation has been implemented in different settings within mental health services, within the South West; · and provide a forum for people responsible for implementing personalisation to identify and address challenges and opportunities for local implementation. The workshops are for:- service directors and operational managers; team leaders – inpatient and community mental health services; staff with responsibility for implementing personal budgets; third sector agencies, including providers; people with lived experience of mental health services, and people who support them; service commissioners.
