Link Up Link In is a campaign intended to help frontline workers who work with vulnerable people support joint working so that the most vulnerable are helped into employment and accommodation, and not left behind. It is part of the Government’s work around Public Service Agreement (PSA) 16 which aims to increase the numbers of vulnerable people who are in stable accommodation, employment, education and training.
Key to the Link Up Link In campaign is a toolkit to provide guidance. This event will provide the opportunity to hear at first hand from a Cabinet Office speaker the national background to the campaign and the toolkit, to hear about the South West perspective to PSA 16, and through a number of case studies and a panel session to examine the practical steps that help ensure vulnerable adults receive assistance in a coordinated way.
Copies of the Link Up Link In Handbook will be available on the day, and delegates will have the opportunity to browse/ see demonstrations of the new web resource containing guidance, case studies and other assistance.
