  1. Applying Lean to the commissioning and delivery of psychological therapies services - Tim Franklin
  2. Jigsaw Galway - an integrated, community-based response to the mental health needs of young people.  Developed by Headstrong, the Jigsaw model is an innovative, evidence-based approach for organising services and supports to enhance the mental health and well-being of young people.  It is designed to promote systems of care that are more accessible, youth-friendly, integrated, and engaging for young people.  The basic premise is that whatever their level of need, young people should be able to access quality support, when they need it, in settings where they feel safe, comfortable and respected.  It is about meeting young people where they are.  With the expected expansion of IAPT as part of an expanded talking therapies programme, does this service offer a vision of how services could be provided for children and young people. - John Fitzmaurice & Marian Monteiro
  3. Commissioning Psychological Therapies in the new era with an overview of the changes being made by a local PCT to address the challenges introduced by the recent White Paper - Grame Barnell
  4. Building Links between Community Personality Disorder Programme and Talking Therapies.  Discussion around the opportunities of closer working between the two areas - Dr Rex Haigh & Vicky Green
  5. Personalisation & IAPT - an opportunity missed or yet to be raised - Mike Murkin
