Biography C
Carrie has a background in social work, community development and practice teaching. She has also worked in social care and joint operational management and in commissioning and planning in a local authority, a health authority and across PCTs.
Carrie moved into improvement and development with NIMHE and CSIP, and now leads on System Development and continues to contribute to system reform in mental health. Carrie has a strong interest in personal development as well as organisational and system reform and is trained as an executive coach and leadership mentor.
