Delivering Race Equality (DRE) in Mental Health Care is a five year action plan introduced by the Department of Health in 2005 to tackle inequalities for Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) people including those of Irish or Mediterranean origin and Eastern European migrants. It forms an integral part of the South West Development Centre equalities portfolio.
