
This innovative five-year programme established to improve access, outcomes for and experiences of people with mental health needs. It is designed to tackle mental health inequalities for all people of Black and minority ethnic (BME) origin, including people of Irish or Mediteranean origin and East European immigrants. Its aim is to ensure that people from BME communities are more able to access, and have improved confidence in mental health services.
